  1 0 You'd think that in as 420-friendly a city as Seattle that there would be a slew of events on 4/20, but that's sadly never been the case due to consistently inclement weather on that date over the years. For example, it snowed on 4/20 two years ago. So there just isn't a big old 4/20 celebration here a la Boulder, Colo. Weather-depending, the I-1068 may organize some impromptu signing events for 4/20 which we'll announce on our Facebook page and our website, www.sensiblewashington.org.   0 0 I plan to sit on my ass and play video games. Ah the simpler things. :P I'll probably get out to Greenwood Memorial Park in Renton with my boyfriend to pay respects to Jimi. I know a quite a few people do the same. If the weather were nice I'd love to sit up on my roof and stare at the city.
