Which Seattle restaurant serves up the best tofu scramble?

Both Ways Cafe has an excellent tofu scramble. It is seared tofu, ginger a marinade lots of veggies including carrots, celery, broccoli, spinanch, etc...
It also is served with a choice of their well known biscuits or freshly baked bread...
We get it pretty regularly.

Both Ways Cafe in Seward park has a delicious tofu scramble. They used to be downtown on the way on/off the ferry (i.e. Both Ways). Different location but the same owners/cook/great food.

22 Doors has a GREAT tofu scramble! One of the new additions to their new brunch menu that is only two weeks old! I know this is unrelated, but they also have this dish called Chilequiles that tastes like Doritos!! Breakfast Doritos?! Hell yeah!!

The Dish on Leary for this, too. The tofu is cubed, which some people might not like, but I enjoy the consistency - particularly along with the tons of fresh veggies that are scrambled with it. Note: this dish gets other-level-good when you ask them to add cheese and avocado.

The Wayward Cafe easily wins this. I had a vegan friend from Philadelphia in town and she said that the Tofu scramble was the best shes ever had. This lady has traveled the country (in a oil fueld bus no less) and she was near orgasm after she finished.

I second Wayward. I LOOOVE eggs, especially after a hard night, but Wayward's tofu scramble is the only faux egg dish that can accomplish the same mission.
