The 5 Point has the best bacon in Seattle. Hands down. It's THICK and delicious. Perfectly seasoned. It's amazing with breakfast or on a BLT or Burger. Crispy but chewy. Savory and salt. Absolutely wonderful. ..and, they play good music in there too, which only adds to the deliciousness of bacon-ey-ness.

My favorite is the 14 carrot cafe on eastlake. I knew a girl who loved to share food except for one item: the coffee cake from 14 carrot. The best breakfast burrito is town by far. Avocados come with it and not as a side/option like other places.

For the overall-breakfast-experience-plus-bacon rating, if I wore a hat I would doff it to the Shanty, hanging in nicely on Elliott. If you don't behave like something that wishes its yoga-pantsed ass was over at Portage Bay Cafe, they will gladly see your bacon gets fixed as you like it. Alongside blueberry buckwheat pancakes, perfect.

And they recently significantly upgraded their coffee.

The Hi-Spot on 34th, hands-down. Barely crispy, not crunchy, yet also tender & delicious.

The best bacon is at the University Inn - it's just north of Gas Works Park along N 39th - they also have great pancakes and a never ending cup of joe.

Plus, bonus, it's Hispanic-owned and has Greek waitresses including a mom and daughter team!

I had some pretty awesome bacon at this bear-themed bakery-sorta place in Lake Forest Park. (What the hell kinda name is that? "I live in Lake Forest Park." "Hey, I live in River Bush Farm." "I do too, but I work in Sewer Weed Industrial District.")

Anyway, it was thick and just the right crispy-chewiness and I think they'd drizzled it in maple syrup or something. NOM.

Mecca Cafe, lower Queen Anne. Plus, it feels naughty to eat bacon in a place called Mecca.

The Dish on Leary. It's the thick, peppered kind - and in a side order you get four fat strips. Amazing.
