Can't remember a plot point from the Kim Harrison books. (Spoilers)I know this is totally random. I gave away my copy of Dead Witch Walking a few years ago and only just bought a new one so I could reread it. I don't feel like rereading the whole series, though, but it's bugging me that I can't remember. Who sent the demons after Rachel and Trent? One comes after Rachel and gets freed to take its revenge on the person who summoned it. Then we find out Trent got his ass beaten by a demon, except he thinks Rachel summoned it and sent it after him, which leads Rachel to the conclusion that someone summoned -two- demons and sent one after Trent and one after her. I would have thought this was Jonathon, except he seems devoted to Trent. Does anyone remember this plot point and what they revealed about it in subsequent books? |
