It's not really a sit-down establishment (unless it happens to be sunny outside) but I adore the crepes at La Creperie Voila next to the convention center. They are delicious and perfect for a meal on-the-go. They have the perfect ratio of sauce and toppings to cheese. Their dessert crepes are sweet and satisfying without making you feel overwhelmed or gross afterward. I've only had one bad experience when the guy who was making them couldn't stop talking about how he'd been dumped that morning. He somehow neglected to melt the cheese and the insides could not be contained. His crepe-making suffered for sure that day.

Joe Bar on Capitol Hill across from The Harvard Exit has the best crepes. They also make the best coffee in town. A deliciously rich brew to go with your crepe. Yum!

611 is good, but I love Crepe De France in Pike Place Market. The crepes are always delicious and the staff are always friendly.

I have to agree: 611. Their dinner crepes are buckwheat, too, and perfectly nutty against savory fare like prosciutto and smoked salmon. For breakfast, amazing French press and mimosas, too. I'd go there any day over, say, Linda's for breakfast...and I'm not even supposed to be eating wheat gluten. I feel their pricing is pretty reasonable.

Not technically a breakfast place, but Unicorn Crepes in the ID has the widest selection around. Everything from traditional dessert crepes to chili cheese dog crepes. Every crepe on the menu is also around $5, so it is recession friendly.

Anita's Crepe's over in ballard are damn good. I love the lemon with carmelized sugar - simple and o-so-good.
My second fave is at the Seattle Center - Creperia Darklee? Stumbled in there when my mom was here and had a great savory breakfast crepe. Yumm. Worth going to SC on a weekend.

611 is nice and all, but they don't know how to wrap a crepe for walking. La Creperie Voila by the convention center gets my vote. Delicious and wrapped expertly for walking.

    611. I also like the crepes at the Essential Baking Cafe in Madison Park.

Crêpes Saley is by far the best crêpe I've had in Seattle. It's located on Olive Way just before Bellevue Ave. and it's literally a 2-woman show. Check it out... Aissa's crêpes will not disappoint you.

Cafe Javasti has the best crepes in town hands down. They also have a great, friendly staff. Locations in Maple Leaf and Wedgwood.
