One month left: where should I eat?

I'm moving away to New Jersey for school, and one of the many, many things I'm going to miss about Seattle is the food. So I want to spend this month getting my fill of Seattle restaurants. I'm looking for places that:
-have good food
-aren't too expensive (under $15 a person, ideally-- I'm a grad student!)
-are an easy bus ride away from the International District (where I live)

My current list of places is:
Tsukushinbo
Assimba
Ichiban
Jade Garden
Thai Curry Simple
Tofu House
Vivace
Tamarind Tree
Annapurna

So, are there any Seattle places I need to try out before I leave? And what should I order?

Go to Cafe Presse (http://www.cafepresseseattle.com/pages/home.php), order the croque monsieur or madame, the frites, and possibly the green salad. Or, get a glass of wine instead of the salad. This will be more food than 1 person should eat in one sitting, and will set you back about $15. And it will be delicious.

Go to the Pike Street Fish Fry next to Neumo's . Fish is great plus no better deal for steak frites anywhere.

I second everything everyone else said, plus: pho. If you like pho, eat as much as you can before you leave, because good pho is going to be a lot harder to find anywhere other than here. Pho Bac and Greenleaf are good.

I'd get your fill of baked goods. Jersey may have good bagels but Seattle's got some really great bakeries:

    - Columbia City Bakery (Get the "Gougier". It's a baked cheese puff that melts in your mouth)
    - Grand Central in Pioneer Square (Toast. Their "Como" loaf is the best crusty bread ever! Toasted with butter and jam. Yum!)

Green Leaf (same owners as Tamarind tree)
Chinese Noodle House (damn good fried rice)
Malay Satay (stones throw from CNH)
Moonlight Cafe (try the veggie meat)
NW Tofu (if you like congee)
    Paseo
Udupi Palace (south indian grub in bellevue)
Kebab House (i've heard good things)
    Araya Vegetarian (its vegan!)
Chaco Canyon (try their 'happy and healthy hour' to save $)
Chili Mart (next to Pam's, good south indian)
Hopvine (damn good soups from scratch)

You should check-out Tat's for a great NY/Philly style deli sandwich. It's in Pioneer Square. The Grand Central Bakery (also in Pioneer Square) is also a great place for lunch before you leave. Pho Cyclo across from SBUX HQ is also great.

If you like cured meat, Salumi, over at 3rd Ave S / S Main St is awesome. Definitely hit that up while you can. Last time I visited, I got culatello ("heart of prosciutto") on ciabatta. Yum...

Taramind Tree is amazing, definitely go there. It's spendy for your budget, but worth it.

Moonlight Cafe was damn good, especially if you're a veg/vegan (I'm a meat eater, but went with a vegan, and everything was delicious).

Waid's has really good Haitian food.

    Szechuan Noodle Bowl is great.

7 Star Pepper Szechuan. Everything I've had there has been amazing, with the exception of the dan-dan noodles which were divine.

Salumi is everything it's chocked up to be. Usually. Get there a good 30 to 45 minutes before they open and you'll be towards the front of the line.

Contour has the best happy hour downtown with some unique food items.

Owl and Thistle has the best fish and chips in the city. Cheap happy hour portion.

    Sweet Iron Waffles.

The Crumpet Shop in Pike Place Market.

Gerogetown Liquor Company is another great places for veggies/vegans, but still worth a visit as a carnivore.

Guanaco's Tacos Pupuseria, a Salvadorian restaurant. There is one in Capitol Hill and another, I think, in the U.
