Why don't apartment buildings in Seattle get yard waste bins?I realize that most apartment-dwellers don't have yards, but that doesn't mean we don't have things that could go in a yard waste bin. I'm constantly throwing things away in my apartment that I would be putting into the yard waste if I lived in a house. Does the city offer yard waste bins for apartment buildings? If not, why? If so, why aren't more apartment buildings using them? |
