  2 0 Most commonly, plastic bags that are collected for recycling get turned into composite plastic lumber used for decking (Trex and ChoiceDek are major brands). That decking material also includes reclaimed sawdust along with plastic bags and plastic film (like shrink-wrap from businesses). Our deck at home is actually made of Trex, and it works great.
