  6 0 We can't possibly tell you what day to pick. But if you want to figure out when to have the party, I'd recommend you do it like this. 1) Identify a tentative date when you don't have anything else planned and it's not an obvious time when a lot of people will be busy. 2) Talk to the 2-3 key people you really want to attend and see if that date works. 3) If it does, schedule for that day and tell people. They'll be available, or they won't. Do not change the date if people (outside the key 2-3) can't attend in an attempt to accomodate them, or you'll drive yourself crazy. 4) Once you've sent invitations, if one of the key 2-3 can't make it after all, that sucks but stick with the date. Once you're talking about more than 2-3 people coordinating everyone's calendar and finding open time becomes impossible. You pick the essential people, work out the time with them, and then tell everyone else. No matter when you pick if it's a large group the chances are good that someone can't make it, so just accept that and make sure the core people can. Good luck, and have fun.
