Where can one borrow or rent a bicycle in Seattle?

I will be in town for a month this July and I do not want to rent a car, does any one know where I could lease a bike- with gears? It does not need to be a special fancy thing. Just something that I could cruise around town on.
Thank you!

I'm guessing there are better options but I was walking down the waterfront the other day and there is a place to rent bikes on the sidewalk, water side, right next to the aquarium. Looked okay for some casual waterfront biking, but probably overpriced and geared towards stereotypical tourists based on location. Could be wrong.

Belltown Pull-Apart is on 4th and Bell. They have a pretty good selection of used bikes for rent for really cheap. $30 a day I think.

hooray recycled cycles! they have the most reasonable prices, multiple styles of bikes to pick from, and are extra-good to you in the rare instance that something happens. they've got vehicles to come to your rescue at a moment's notice. plus, they're right on the burke gilman trail - so you'll be able to ride around in a safe environment right away while you get to know your rental.
