  1 0 I've taken my daughter almost every year of her life. This year, she's 4 and we'll be in attendance again! And dress up clothes are encouraged, so let the kids dress themselves in all their crazy combinations of tutus and superman capes, etc. There's usually facepainting after the parade as well as other kid-centric stuff to do.
