I recently saw hula hoops-- the traditional striped ones-- at Top Ten Toys in Pacific Place downtown for a few dollars each.

I may have also purchased one after trying it out in-store.

Yep. I do make high quality custom hoops in a wide variety of sizes and weights, good for kids and adults, beginners and experts.

You can contact me via facebook (Misty Montaigne) or you can find my hoops at Sock Monster in Wallingford.

    the go-to toystores:
Red Balloon (15th), Izilla (12th), Dragons ToyBox (Pike place), Magic Mouse (1st/yesler)

outside those areas: KidsPlace at Uvillage, maybe

you could also ask Stacy at fringe fitness, since they use hula hoops all the time:

or ask one of the ladies at Hooters if you can buy one of their hoops... ;)

I also have friends who make them custom, as well as have many already made. Let me know if you're interested. I think they're around $25 and huge.

A good friend of mine makes custom hoops. I can see if he'd be willing to help you out.
