What is with the Elephant Tusk in the Paramount Theatre building (7th floor West facing window). You can see them walking up Pine from DT?

I have seen them for years and wonder if they are theatre props or part of some :"night in the museum collection"? They are huge! and there seems to be a hallway full of them, from looking up at Pine and 9th.

    Oh, those are old set pieces from the Sankofa/Maafa show that was at The Moore Theatre several years back (you may remember the overwhelming smell of beauty-bark that wafted down 2nd Avenue whenever that show was on). Members of the Paramount/Moore’s talented building maintenance crew made those and what else can you do with left-over, giant elephant tusk props except decorate your office’s halls.
