  3 0 I have Growl notifications turned on for Mail and my phone vibrates when I receive an email. No checking necessary, I get alerted when there's new mail.   3 0 Yeah, at this point it's not that I "check" my email, but I get some kind of notification or buzz or sound or something almost immediately when I get mail. It doesn't usually wake me up when I'm asleep, but sometimes it does. It's sad, really.
