Fresh Spring Rolls

Who makes a good fresh spring roll (not fried) that I could buy in bulk for a party at a reasonable expense? Maybe a $1 a roll. Preferably located south of downtown. :)

Thanks!

Either Seattle Deli or Saigon Deli = cheap and great.

Well, they are called "fresh" rolls because they are best made and served as fresh as possible. So, why not just make your own? They are not that hard to do and will be much better, IMO. Not sure how many you will need, but unless you need LOTS of fresh rolls, better to make them yourself. Viet Wah will have all the stuff you need. You can even let your guests "roll their own" since it really is pretty fun, and everyone will get exactly the combination of fillings they like. Just a suggestion...

Oh GOD!! What is that Thai restaurant by the airport?!? It is just off Hwy 99 and 518.

I can't remember the name but it was started by some former employees of Thai Airways and they seen a need for really good Thai food near the airport. The place is fucking unreal!!! But you have to go to the airport to get it.

Someone will probably remember the name of the place. Assuming we have not made it part of the collective....which is possible. Resistance being futile and blah blah blah...
