What exercizes should you do to improve "Cowgirl On Top" position?

Women complain their legs ache. Don't seem to be as into it as they initial might have been. What can we do to help?

    Well, for one, don't be fooled into thinking that her bouncing up and down is the only way to do it. Switching it up to more of a forward-and-back grinding motion takes the strain off her hip joints while allowing her to grind her clit against her partner's public bone, leading to fun times all around.

    For general strength/stability issues, try a series of different types of lunges to strengthen the stabilizing muscles of the hips and knees.
