how do i regrow my beard after i regrette removing it by laser . but i took only one session not more

    You can encourage the hairs to grow, or the undamaged follicles, I suppose, at least faster, by teasing yourself into thinking you'll be having sex.
    As constantly as possible.
    Ex: Hang out with a sexy lady friend but don't actually do the deed - just flirt as if you will. Your hormones (androgens) help your beard grow.

    also: High temperatures and exercise will curtail your stubble.

    No joke.

    Laser hair removal is often temporary, all you can do is wait and see if it will grow back on its own after a couple of years.
