    Both Library Bistro and Bookstore Bar (206.624.3646 /92 Madison St) and Toulouse Petit Kitchen (601 Queen Anne Avenue North/(206) 849-3602) are known for making Eggs Sardou.

    I am not sure if it is currently on the menu at either place but you could ask.
