Are my night sweats related to my vitatmin D supplement?I've been having really gross night sweats since this past fall, and I know that night sweats are often related to other health issues- but for me that that isn't the case. At first I thought it had something to do with the ventilation in our new apartment, but now that we've moved it's still happening. The only thing I can come up with is that it's somehow related to my vitamin D supplement. I take 2000 to 4000 IU daily via droplets, and have since this past fall. It hasn't happened when I'm camping or traveling, which makes me think that it's either my bed, my boyfriend's body heat, or the fact that I don't take my vitamin D when I'm not at home. Is there a natural way to counteract this, or do I need to find a different way to get my vitamin D? Is it possible it's being caused by something else I'm not thinking of? |
