    Who? Me?*
I'll tell you what (the hell) I'm talking about.
You broke the law in a fucking stupid and
irresponsible way (to say the least) and then you come on here, asking for help, without even bothering to pretend to give a shit about spelling or grammar or a question mark at the end of a question on a site called "Questionland". Not that any of this really matters in the larger scheme of things, but you need to wrap your alcohol addled brain around the idea of being a little bit penitent around those whose help you're requesting. Like say, I don't know...judges maybe (and Questionland free advice givers).

If this is the way you interact with your lawyer I'm not surprised sheisntreturninyercals. Pull yourself together. These details like grammar and manners matter in life and they REALLY matter in court. And remember, your lawyer is your only advocate. Don't piss her off.

Oh, and don't post the same question twice.

And don't ever use "lol" in a sentence about YOUR drunk driving predilections asshole.

You got a 1.5 and you didn't die? Wow, you outdrank the Latvians and Russians who get on the news for that. Or did you mean .15?

Best guess is that charges won't be dropped but that by successfully completing rehab you might get a slightly less harsh sentence. Or not. It depends on how you were caught and how many previous DUIs you've had.

Moral of the story: ask your lawyer. That's her/his job.
