DUI .15 just got out of a 3month rehab do i got a chance on getting it dropped its my first dui i got court the18 my lawyer keeps sayinshewilcalmebac

    You know that you can post in the body of the question, right? You don't have to cram everything in to the subject line.

    However, you're probably not going to get off with nothing unless your lawyer finds that there was gross negligence on the part of the cop who caught you (namely, a busted Breathalyzer). Prepare for: a fine, jail time, losing your license for at least 90 days, and getting high-risk insurance for a couple years after you get your license back.

    Already having done the rehab doesn't mean dismissal--it probably means only that you'll get a lighter fine and less jail time than if you hadn't gone.

    Oh, and keep calling your lawyer.

    I've never done any work with DUI's, but if your lawyer is not communicating to you clearly what he is doing and what he plans to do - get a new one.
