Any new, unusual, or exciting recipes for St. Germain?

Something light and summery would fit the bill..

I love St Germain, gin and cucumber together. Try shaking up something like this: muddle 3 slices of cucumber in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 ½ oz gin, ¾ oz St Germain and ½ oz fresh lemon juice. Shake and serve on the rocks with a splash of soda or up. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

My favorite light drink with St. Germain is an elderflower royale: 1 oz St. Germain, 1 oz gin, stir, and top with bubbles.

I've also received lots of positive feedback on a drink I call the Barleyflower, which pairs St. Germain with genever:

    Barleyflower Cocktail

    1 1/2 oz genever (Bols)
    1 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur

Stir, strain, and garnish with a brandied cherry.

Sureau Diamant. We make them at Le Pichet.

    5 parts Plymouth gin
    2 parts St-Germain
    juice of 1/6th lemon
    3 drops Peychaud bitters
top with sparkling Mauzac (Blanquette de Limoux) or some other off-dry white bubbles.

It's light, super refreshing, doesn't really taste like any of it's component parts, and will knock you on your ass if you let it. Pretty much everything you'd want in a summer cocktail.
