Will eating seaweed harm my dog?We took our new Shih Tzu to the Edmonds off leash park last weekend and she went crazy for all the seaweed drying on the beach. I know she ate several mouth-fulls while we were there. We tried to distract her and were able to get it out of her mouth once or twice, but she plays keep away and can be hard to catch (we will be taking obedience classes next month). She seems fine now, but should we avoid the beach in the future? Is this even worth worrying about? |
