Broth-based cocktails?

I've had a Bull-Shot, based on beef broth. Any other ideas?

Mark hit it with his answer on the Bloody Bull and I think tequila sounds really good with the meaty flavor. I did have a bloody bull years ago that a hotel try to get "creative" put the prime rib drippings into it - ok - can you say greasy freakazoid mess! Boullion or broth is the way to go.

The answer below is close to where I would lead you. A drink called the "Bloody Bull" is a bloody mary, or maria with a whole bouillon cube mixed into it, popular in Texas. As far as other "broth-based" cocktails, I think this calls for some exerimenting???

I hope this answer isn't too too pedestrian, but have you considered a bloody mary?

Vodka, tomato juice, beef broth, strong horseradish (none of the "creamy" @#$!), Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and your choice of pickled vegetables to liven up the affair. I, personally, prefer to rim my glass with a mixture of garlic salt, celery salt and kosher salt.

Switch out wasabi for horseradish and you have what most people call a Bloody Dragon.

Switch out tequila for vodka and add a dash of agave syrup and you have a Bloody Maria.
