What does it mean to be "tossed off y.day"?

I was reading a paragraph some young texter was sending complaining of a pain or sting in his private parts after "tossed of y.day". He stated first he is CERTAIN it isn't an STI or STD.

I'm just not certain what he meant. Any help?

He tossed off yesterday. Replace the British slang "toss" with the American "jerk", and you'll understand.
