Where can I do a public outdoor mural?

I am an established artist who is interested in doing a public outdoor mural in Seattle, sort of in the method (if not style) of Ryan Henry Ward. I'd even be willing to do it at no cost for the right location, but it would have to be my artwork (that is to say, not a logo or something).

    Many ideas:

TUBS in U district is a free-for-all public canvas for graffiti art and presumably, murals too. You'd risk it being slowly painted over though...

Empty lots of indefinitely-paused developments (like the QFC pit on Stone Way, or the pit at 71st/5th near Greenlake).
Please see: the Holding Patterns program at seattle.gov - or contact the Dept of Neighborhoods and ask if anyone's seeking what you're offering (I bet there's several groups hoping for an artist willing to do a no-cost anything).

Also: the big red wall at Broadway and John (though I think you've missed the deadline to be part of that fun)

The newly blacked out sign walls (cancelled condo development) at Bell and 6th.

Or ask businesses whose walls (read: canvases) you admire - ex: the alley behind/to the north of Apocolypse Tattoo.
