Quick, reliable refrigerator repair company?

I think my fridge is busted. I noticed a burning plastic-like smell yesterday and traced it to the bottom of the fridge. It keeps buzzing like it's on but it's not keeping my food very cold. The freezer seems to be having trouble as well. I probably need to have it looked at tonight if possible. Any recommendations?

    I've had really good luck with Mr. Appliance. I know some other people haven't, but I've had them out 3 times and it's been good each time. The last time the guy showed me how to unclog the drain-thingie on my freezer myself, and didn't even charge me.
