Did you notice any changes when you went on birth control that were caused by your veganism?

I'm vegan and thinking of going on birth control, but I wasn't sure how the side effects differed in vegans and non-vegans.

    You mean other than the baby-proofing, right?

    Your body will react to the hormones in the Pill, in some desirable ways and some not. Unless you're morbidly obese or taking antibiotics, what you eat or don't eat really doesn't affect how the hormones will work in your body.

    If you're really worried about it, get a Paragard IUD. No hormones there.
