  7 0 You don't. You buy it from a dealer like always, and then you bring some with you. You aren't likely to get busted for smoking, but brazen trafficking at a festival that purports to be for responsible pot smokers is just silly. Besides, you're going to get shorted buying from someone selling there. It's going to look like someone pulled it off the bottom of a cleat, and you're going to pay $50 for it.
