How would you map a center-left "Quad-cali" in a. Seattle, b. King County, c. the 8th Congressional District, and d. Washington state? When applying the Quad-cali strategy as referenced in the "The Real Majority" (1970), how would you draw such a map for a center-left campaign that reflects the friendliest precincts in such geographic iterations as Seattle, the 8th Congressional District, King County, and the state of Washington? The original concept of "quad-cali" was the most economical route for any national presidential campaign, starting with the smallest geographic area with the greatest number of electoral votes. I would be interested in such a map of the center-left precincts in Seattle. I would further posit that the "middle" of Seattle's politics is the 43rd Legislative District. |
