Would it be possible to give birth in zero gravity? If yes, would it be more or less difficult than giving birth in normal (Earth) gravity?

...Just curious.

Read Mary Roach's "Packing for Mars." You will love it! She talks about the possible complications of zero-gravity pregnancy among other things. The question is also: is it possible for the egg to even attach properly to the lining in zero gravity??? We just don't know. Also, how would zero gravity impact contractions? We need to do more experiments to find out for sure. There are even implications for how sperm might travel in zero gravity and how eggs might or might not drop too!

It seems to me that all that fluid squirting and draining and bleeding would be a colosal mess in zero g. I'd vote against trying it, myself.

I'd say yes, as women use hot tubs to have water births all the time. Water increases your buoyancy and simulates weightlessness well enough for training astronauts so I think that it's a reasonable approximation.

We probably won't find out for sure for a long time, though.

I'm going with possible, but harder. The squatting position would lose some of its utility so you'd be relying on muscles.
