Virgin Mobile's $25 plan - as good as it sounds?

I know its limited 300 or so minutes but unlimited data and sms over sprints network - seems like a pretty sweet deal if you don't need a lot of voice minutes. Hows the service in the Seattle area and are you happy with it?
