What do I need to learn about WWE before I go to Raw in October?

I'm going to see the bout (do I call it a bout?) at Key Arena in October. Here's the thing, besides knowing that there are characters called The Undertaker and Kane and John Cena and they may be there, I know nothing about WWE. I don't follow it, and don't have cable. I know there may be some bars in Seattle that have the show on on Monday nights, so I might be able to go watch it once or twice, but I work nights, so it's difficult to do that, even.

I'd like to be able to understand who the people are and what's going on (like recent pissing matches between two contestants) enough to be able to follow the action. Any websites to recommend for a hopeless newbie?

You can probably pick up most of what you need by watching Raw the week before.

Rajah.com might be a place to start if you want to use the web, though.

I've been to a few WWE events in my time, you don't really need to know too much. You probably won't be able to understand anything the ring announcers or wrestlers are saying due to the acoustics and crowd noise. If you have earplugs, you may want to bring them.

As for enjoying the event, it will be pretty obvious who the good guys and the bad guys are, and you will have more fun if you cheer and boo them. You don't need to be a fan to enjoy the general craziness of the event.
