But for a new muffler, what I want is someone who knows how to weld. It's a specialized skill, and the make/model doesn't really matter.   0 0 Sorry to not answere earlier. Be careful out there. What alot of muffler shops do is weld in a crappy muffler with a "lifetime" guarentee. A year later your muffler is once again failing and you bring it in to get your fully covered muffler replaced and you find out that what you really need is a whole new exhaust. Midas, etc all pull that crap. And the generic stuff they sell is crap. I got a guy. His name is Gerard. Has a complete legit shop in his backyard in Shoreline. He's extremely trustworthy and will get you set up right away. He'll source OEM parts and do it right. Lemme know if you want his #.
