Honeymoon getaway @ San Juan Islands?

Planning a short 2-night honeymoon at the San Juan Islands or similar (I'm not very familiar with the area). Not very pricey, romantic, private... you know... nice :)

If you're looking for a slightly more rustic experience, Doe Bay Resort on Orcas Island is lovely. I stayed there in a cabin recently. It's quiet, gorgeous, and the Doe Bay Cafe on site has amazing food. (The cafe is not cheap, but it's well worth the price.) Also, the hot tubs are wonderful and look out over the bay. The rates vary depending on the cabin and time of year, and I don't know what your definition of "not very pricey" is, but I loved Doe Bay.

Rosario Resort. Not all the rooms are horrifically expensive - the villa-style cabins are, but the hotel-type rooms are not. And the resort is lovely, very quiet and peaceful.

Friday harbor house is right in town and a short walk from the ferry. It is arguably the most romatic spot for those who are new to the islands. The town is nice and  very walkable.

I like to stay at the Lakedale Resort. They just put about a million into it and it's gorgeous. I usually camp but im sure the cabins are perfect for a honeymoon.
