I totally agree with the previous answer - Urban Craft Uprising is pretty much the best handmade craft show in Seattle. The quality of merchandise is always very high, they have a wide variety of vendors and there's always fun raffle drawings, demos and book signings during the day. It's a lot of fun...and I say this as both a vendor and a shopper!

An up-and-coming entry into the "best craft show" category would be shows produced by etsyRAIN.com - the local team of craft sellers on Etsy.com. (Full-disclosure: I am the organizer for etsyRAIN :)
Because of our show location (the lobby of the Intiman Theater at Seattle Center) our shows have a more intimate vibe than a lot of other shows. With no more than 60 vendors on two floors of the lobby, it is super easy to shop our shows too! We've gotten some great reviews on our previous shows and look forward to our next show in October :)

    etsyRAIN Pre-Holiday Craft Show
    October 16 & 17, 2010
Intiman Theater - 11am to 5pm both days
Swag bags to the first 50 in line each day!

    Urban Craft Uprising
    December 4 & 5, 2010
Seattle Center Exhibition Hall - 11am to 5pm both days
Swag bags to the first 100 in line each day!

I went to Urban Craft Uprising in July. It was pretty awesome. I was totally broke at the time, but if I'd had money I probably would have spent a lot of it. Punk Rock Flea Market (happens a few times/year in Belltown) is also cool. They have more vintage/inexpensive stuff, while Urban Craft Uprising has more handmade/expensive stuff. PRFM also has more of a 'party' vibe - it's fun to hang out there and they sell food and beer. I've been meaning to check out I Heart Rummage, but haven't done so yet. I hear they're also fun.

Also, I'm not sure if you're asking as a potential seller or customer, but I have friends who sell at both Urban Craft Uprising and Punk Rock Flea Market, and they have reported nothing but positive experiences.
