When is the best time to mention that I can get a co-signer for an apartment?I'm moving to Seattle next month without steady income and fair credit. My rental history is great, I have some money in the bank, and I can get a co-signer. I don't want to use the co-signer unless absolutely necessary, though. I feel like they might take advantage if I bring it up too soon. When is the best time to mention it? Also helpful to know- I'm out there for 4 days only, so I want to move the process along as quickly as possible. |
