Possibly because he has the voice of an angel, or maybe even that he has a unique experience based on his life experience. Loved it, hope he comes back. :)

Carolla's performing at the Moore. He probably wanted to promote the appearance, and he may have paid to do so.

Alternatively, it may have gad something to with Smitten Kitten sponsoring both podcasts.

Savage is, I mean. It's already half of Carolla's fan-base. Savage does have a lot of douchebag fans, but not many of them are currently in frats.
