URGENT! Need name of cozy restaurant in Cap Hill--asap!

Help! I'm looking for the name of a restaurant in Capitol Hill I went to once upon a time.

It was really small, had teensy tables and seating areas which were partitioned with curtains, pegboard, and all kinds of other random stuff.

The food was really good, and the wine was cheap.

    Or you might have been at Chez Gaudy. Formerly my favorite Seattle restaurant. Now closed. But Bleu Bistro is ALMOST as nice and owned by the same people.

    Tavern Law might be a good choice on 12th.
    Also, Barrio is very cozy.
