  2 0 Second on PCC. I'd also suggest checking out Sureshot in the University District - they always seem to have some vegan pastries (scones for sure...not sure about cupcakes though).   1 0 Seattle is kind of lacking in the vegan cupcakes department, but Whole Foods always has a decent selection. Most of the vegan restaurants in Seattle aren't equipped with a bakery, and it can be a frustrating hunt. Are you opposed to making your own? There are some seriously fantastic and easy recipes out there that I still prefer over non-vegan cupcakes. I brought two extras to friends and they were freaking out about them too. I'd say hands down the best I've had.
