  0 0 Oh my gosh, there are SO many amazing metal artists in Seattle! Contact anyone in the sculpture department at Pratt Fine Arts (http://www.pratt.org/) for recommendations on welders, blacksmiths and sculptors.   0 0 Buphalo has done some interesting work in metal, some of it doing found objects/salvage. He's been one of the artists at the Solstice Fire Festival (he's the creator of Fire Pod) and I think he's still got a sculpture up by the Nature Consortium in West Seattle--he's on the staff there. I'd check with him.
