  0 0 What about making something really creative and using a jalapeño jelly base, and mix in some pureed fruit or fruit jam. Strawberries are a pretty awesome pairing with jalapeños, as are apricots and mangos.   0 0 If you are into cake decorating, Wilton has a series of books called "The Wilton Way of Cake Decorating". They are pretty awesome, if you are into that type of thing, they are worth seeking out. Abebooks online may have them.
