How do I get rid of Likepanel on Facebook?

Likepanel: that thing with the reversed text? Yeah, that one. I foolishly clicked "Like" the first time I saw it, because I thought it was just somebody's status. Now, like most things with Facebook, I browse around everywhere but can't find what to click to get rid of it. Google isn't helping with this one.

I know I should quit using Facebook, and this is a perfect example of why. I am relentlessly deleting images, personal info and friends. Eventually Facebook will be gone from my life. But for now I just want to kill this spam thing.

    Account>Application Settings, then hit the "x" next to the application in question. Does that work?

    Then go digging in your privacy settings; you can prevent images of you from being seen from people you don't want to see them, etc. I've excluded everyone, and only people on my "white list" get images of me and my updates in their stream.
