Who is Kipper Kaper, author of "Sex is Fun"?

What qualifications does this guy have to write a book about sex and sex advice? I can't find any background on him, other than a podcast"Sex is Fun".

    Author here.

    You don't have to be qualified for anything to write a book on any subject, you just have to persuade someone to publish it. If you're self-published (I'm guessing he is) then the bar to publishing is non-existent. I could write a book of sex advice, the history of metallurgy, or the inner life of the tse-tse fly and self-publish.

    Whether it's worth reading is another matter.
