What restaurants have the best mushroom dishes in Seattle?

I like mushrooms but at this point I usually just cook them for myself. Anytime I am in a restaurant, I find myself scanning for anything containing mushrooms but they are always an gnored afterthought. The exception to this rule is Jhan Jay, which is usually on top of its game, dissapoints me with a mushroom dish that is kind of soggy and where the mushroom flavor is sort of drowned out by the sauce.

My wife went to Joule (in Wallingford) last night and came home raving about their wild mushroom dishes. Here's what she remembers:
Matzutaki mushrooms grilled on a hardwood plank, served with arugula and thinly-sliced parmesan
    Chanterels served with rice grits
Shitakis sauteed with green beens and walnuts

I think Joule's menu changes constantly with what's in season, so these are temporary.

    1. Portabello sammich at LaTona Pub. Very good.
    2. Portaballo and Mashed Potato dinner at Ruth's Chris steak house kicks some major ass. Veggie comfort food at its best and the only steakhouse in town to offer a decent veggie dish that isn't lame pasta.

The portabello sandwich at Bleu Bistro is quite good.

I have to say, it was a while ago, but the portabello mushroom that I had at Seastar was divine. It was actually my girlfriend-at-the-time's, and I pretty much ignored my salmon and ate off of her plate the entire night. Delicious!
