Word that means "unbearable cuteness"?

Or something to that effect. You know that feeling you get when you see something really, really adorable and you just need to squee until your heart/head explodes? This word may describe that feeling, or a source of that feeling. I ran across a blog entry a long time ago that talked about this word. It was illustrated by this photo: http://www.nytimes.com/imagepages/2009/04/05/magazine/05wwln-lede.ready.html It may have been Spanish, or sort of in that family (maybe from a regional dialect? slang?). Or that may just be the Picasso talking.

    I've read that the word "gheegle" is supposedly a Filipino (Tagalog?) word that means "urge to pinch or squeeze something that's unbearably cute", not sure if that's true, though...
