Do the resident experts get moderator status?

Allena seems to indicate such a thing with one of her recent answers. But she doesn't have a mod bar under her picture... Inquiring minds want to know.

    No but in the case of Allena, those questions were directed to her specifically (i.e. asked on her profile) which enables her to remove them at her discretion. Anyone who is asked a question directly is allowed to remove them if they don't want to answer.
