Where can I find classic halloween decorations on the hill?

Looking for a place on capitol hill that has things like streamers, spider webs, etc.
Looked at the Pike QFC and Value Village but to no avail; any suggestions?

    Red Balloon Company on 15th!!

    2nd place: Bartell's - just above the Pike/Harvard Mkt QFC.

    That, or the various national-chain drugstores. RiteGreens and WalAid and so on.
