    A PCO (precinct committee officer) for one of the political parties has access to the voting database which shows in which elections the person has cast a ballot.

    There's a site where you only need the last name and first initial.

    (redacted)politics.com will tell you the person's rough address, name, when they registered, when they last voted. It's a powerful amount of info and not to be taken lightly. Not at all unlike Lbloom's website that lists all Washington/Seattle/County public employee salaries. Both of these are sites that require the user to have a tremendous amount of respect and responsibility.
