What Seattle band is fronted by a woman with red hair and filmed a music video where she was singing in a junkyard?

I saw this video on Slog a while ago but I can't find it now. I think they're a Seattle band, but I'm not certain.

I feel like I'd recognize their name, but I'm drawing a blank.
